The Sr. Estimator Mission: Lead, oversee and contribute to the estimating team to deliver accurate, profitable project outcomes through disciplined estimating and continuous improvement.
Position Overview: Lead and optimize the estimating function to ensure accurate, consistent, and profitable project costing. This role oversees the estimating team, drives process improvement (SOP), and collaborates across departments to align estimates with project strategy, manage risk, and support successful project delivery.
Position Salary; 80K - 100K

What you bring:
A strong foundation in construction estimating, with hands-on experience supporting project costing and working with drawings and project details
Confidence using spreadsheets and estimating tools, with the ability to stay organized and maintain accurate information
A leadership mindset with a sense of ownership, accountability, and a willingness to support and guide others
The ability to make sound decisions, identify risks, and contribute to improving how work gets done
The ability to manage multiple priorities while staying focused, organized, and detail-oriented
A consistent approach to delivering accurate, high-quality work and meeting deadlines
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
